Okay, I am thinking I should invest the money in a new property management program instead of quickbooks.
I own 80 units and manage another 25-30 units for other individuals. What would be the best product I can use?
I have heard of rentright, which looks appealing, other recommendations so I can move off of Quickbooks?

What problems do you have with QB in property management? I use it for HUD multihousing and rentals with no problems. snipped-for-privacy@yahoo.com
The same problem a person has using a rubber ducky flotation device to cross the atlantic. The user has outgrown QB for his vertical market needs.
