Is there a plug in you can get that will assist in setting up QB as a true collection agency? I'm not sending accounts out for collection; I'm collecting on accounts I have in inventory. Intuit phone help directed me to a long list of hits on a search for collection software, but none of them are the plug in he talked about on the phone.
