Quickbooks EPay

We updated our new bank information and have new PIN number for Federal EFTPS program. When we subjected our payments on December 6th 2010, we definetly used the new PIN number, but the IRS received our payments scheduled in the old enrollment number. Did anyone incur the same problem?

Please use standard American English or ask in your native language, automatic translators fail.

I think you tried to say you changed bank accounts and you have two PIN numbers for the EFTPS system, each one associated with a different bank account. You are sure you used the newer PIN number but the IRS took the money from the bank account associated with the old PIN number.

Is that what you tried to say?

Once you can communicate your question, someone might be able to answer.
