QuickReport Problem

I've set up two companies. Each company has a Customer:Job list with persons names. In the first company I can obtain a QuickReport on any name in the Customer:Job list.



I'm unable to obtain a QuickReport on any name in the Customer:Job list of the second company. Suspect I've missed something in the Preferences setup but I can't identify what I've missed.



Any assistance in identifying what I've missed is appreciated.

Do you get a blank screen for the Quick Report? If so have you double-checked your date range to make sure its "All"?

Yes, I'm set to ALL and still get a blank screen.

Also, I might add I can obtain QuickReports from the Chart of Accounts but unable from the Customer:Job list.
