I've set up the P & L - Budget vs Actual report to display active accounts (using the Advanced setting in the Display tab). But the report still includes several inactive accounts. What's the trick?

I've set up the P & L - Budget vs Actual report to display active accounts (using the Advanced setting in the Display tab). But the report still includes several inactive accounts. What's the trick?
Make sure that the inactive accounts have balances of zero!
