we are on qb pro 2004. we have 2 invoice templates setup, 1 & 2. when we batch print our invoices at the end of the day, we first select invoice template 2, then batch print. the problem is that qb always uses template 1 to print the invoices. am i missing something. is there a default invoice template that always gets used regardless of the template selected.

Sorry to tell you but batch printing will only print the invoices in the state they were saved. So to change the invoice template, you will have to edit the invoice, change the template, and save it. Actually you might as well print it. What you want to do is a good idea, but QB does not work that way.
