synchronization with Outlook 2003 and Quickbooks 2005 Canadian

Every time I try to synchronize contacts with Outlook 2003 , I get the error message "Function OpenMsgStore failed". When I press ok, I get "Choose Folders" then when I press the personal folders, I get "Unable to complete translation" That's as far as I get. Any ideas? Pia
