My Bank (bankatlantic) started supporting webconnect (ofx) files for downloading transactions into Quickbooks. Unfortunately I cant seem to get it to work properly. I export a month of data I want to test from their site. Import into QB2006 using import Webconnect. It receoginzes the banking instituion and I pick the account to match up with it. Unfortunately I see no new transactions in the register. The Online banking connect box adds the account, however I dont think they support connecting directly from QBooks?
Appreicate any ideas of help. QB website does not seem to have anything relating to this. Bank hep desk so far is clueless as to the process. Is it possible that they are not passing the right file or header to the program?
