Anybody hear of some program called debit mccredit? it's pretty good!

Been a long time user of Quicken but don't like the constant upgrade costs. Have been looking for something simple that can be easily transported to any computer.

Recently found something on CNET download.com called Debit McCredit. Very cool, Excel based, electronic checkbook. It fits the bill. Lots of automatically calculating reports/analysis, under 2 MB, and dirt cheap. It even has this one report that compares my expenses to nationwide averages.

My hats off to who ever created this. Thanks! : )
