We just renegotiated our home equity line account with BB&T. I am unable to create a new account in Quicken 13 Deluxe. It shows it on the web page. We have 3 other accounts in BB&T that are fine in fact our old equity line showed up fine. For some reason Quicken does not bring over the new equity line account when I try to add a new account. Any ideas?
