Downloading troubles with Bank of America

I have started having trouble downloading from Bank of America. I have 2 accounts in Quicken 2013, one called rent95, which I have used for years and was able to update into. Lately for some reason I was pushed into using another account which has the identical number to that used in the bank, say 1234X. (It has a much more accurate balance then I had in the rent 95) But, with one step update with 1234X, I can see much activity on the cable and in fact a message saying there are 75 items. But the only items I can see are 2 Billpay's for next month. There seems to be nothing to accept. I got the impression somewhere that Boa is a direct connection, if that makes any difference. Quicken is so far out of balance. I thought I would start doing a hand reconcile like I did before, but I was unable to find the command that puts the register on one line, which I found handy. In fact I was not able to find a way to navigate to the Billpay page that lets you send emails to Quicken. Can anyone help with this?

The segregated accounts might be a bit more complex, but the one-line display should be easy.

Open the account register. Once you're in the register, above the register columns, toward the far right, you should see a small "gear" icon, with a little drop-down arrowhead next to it.

If you'll click that icon, you should get a pop-up. Inside that pop-up should be a section for "Register Views and Preferences". The first selection within that Register Views & Prefs is "Two-line display".

Unchecking that box should set the register for one line display.

Before you uncheck the Two-line display option, notice at the right of that item is "Ctrl+2", which is the keyboard shortcut to toggle between One-line & Two-line display. Either method should give you the desired results.

Regarding my trouble with downloading, I think I see now why I was not seeing the downloaded items. I think I got this tip from the bank:
