Bank of America and Quicken

I currently enjoy free access to my Wells Fargo accounts (Checking, Savings, Visa card) from Quicken via One Step Update, I am being pressured to switch to Bank Of America. How well does BoA play with Quicken? Do they require a monthly fee to use OSU?

Thanks

I use BoA with Quicken 2016 Deluxe. I also have Checking, Savings, and Visa card accounts. OSU works fine with them.

I don't pay a monthly fee, but I think the fee is waived only if you maintain a minimum balance. Ask them to be sure.

I've used Direct Connect downloads with BofA for years. I rarely have any problems, and when I do, they're quickly dealt with.

I believe that BofA recently stopped charging for Direct Connect downloads: you should contact them.

I could be that the BofA credit card isn't enabled for Online access properly.

If you have any accounts working correctly, make note of the FI association for that/those accounts.

Open the one that isn't behaving property & Deactivate them, then re-establish Online Access for those accounts, using the same FI as the account that is working.

When you sync, it should find the problematic accounts & guide you through associating them with existing Q accounts.
