I Just changed to Quicken from Money and it works fine for my purposes. I am using the bill pay through Quicken and Wachovia Bank. My last payment to American Express shows in Quicken but not as received by American Express. Wachovia says it is because the American Express account number on file is my old one and that I need to change the account number I want tp pay in Quicken. I've serached for where to do this but without success. Where is it? Thanks.

I don't think you read the kb article carefully. Here is the critical part:
"If you need to edit the name or account number, you must create a new payee with the new name or account number".
