My Chase credit cards stopped downloading automatically about three days ago. Anyone else having problems? I can go to the Chase website and download the transactions fine.

Have you tried deactivating, then reactivating, OSUs?

Yes, I have not been able to download using my Scheduled OSU which runs every day at 6:00AM EDT. Also, the Sears OSU would not work. Just ran the the manual OSU and they both updated properly. Perhaps their computers are not awake at 6:00am ? :)

You might try to call them, they charged me a $3.00 fee to withdraw money with my Chase credit card the other day! I called, they re- imbursed the fee and apologised with the statement that they were having some computer problems.... There may be a relation between the two problems? Anyway, call 'em, see what they say.
