"Notes" disappearing depending on field input order

I agree with the others in the above discussion: there is a Quicken bug involved (and I expect that bug will be fixed reasonably soon). But the current Notes bug does not require remembering to enter the Note as the last field in a transaction.
[Personally, I never have the Notes column displayed in my registers (unless I temporarily need to see it for multiple transactions). I prefer to have my limited screen width display the fields I use on a regular basis.]
When I want to enter a Note for a transaction, I click in the transaction Flag column, which brings up a dialog that allows me to enter both a Flag and/or a Note. And a Note entered that way does NOT have to be the last field entered in a transaction.
