I'm helping out my dad who has *apparently* modified a reconciled online transaction that cleared a year ago. The date on the transaction is now
11/27/2026.
- When I try to delete it, Quicken tells me to do a Cancel payment
- When I cancel it and do an Update, his FI can't find the transaction, and I get an OL-318-A
- The FI customer service said they can't help - it's a Quicken problem
- Searching the Intuit website finds no OL-318-A
Anyone ever run into something like this?
Using Quicken 2004 / WinXP.
