Downloaded transaction do not appear

I'm using Quicken 2007, R5.

I download transactions from my financial institutions. It says I have transactions to review, but none appear in each account to review. They used to, but now they suddenly don't appear, so I can't accept them.

This all started when I removed an old version of Quicken (2004) from my machine (I also had 2007 on it, which I was using, so I decided to get rid of 2004). When I went to use 2007, it asked me to place the CD in my drive, which I did, and it loaded whatever it needed. But now things are not working well.

I thought, perhaps, the CD was an old release, and I needed to upgrade. But the program says I am on R5.

Any ideas why the transactions don't appear?
