I'm using Q2003 H&B. I download data from one credit card. Typically, the scenario is like this:
- I go to the site and download the current statement.
- This places a QFX file on my hard disk
- I execute the QFX file and it goes online and downloads the statement
- I open Quicken and open the register for that card
- The downloaded transactions appear at the bottom of the register waiting to be reviewed.
- I accept them, and they are integrated into the register
After migrating to a new PC, here's what happened the first time I downloaded transactions.
- It created the QFX file
- I executed the QFX file and it seemed to download the transactions
- I opened Quicken and got a message something about Quicken not being the default handler for Web Connections.
- I clicked OK to make it the default, but the transactions never appeared.
- I went back to the site and the transaction history had been set to the current date, as if the previous month's data had in fact been downloaded.
- I tried re-downloading the previous month's transactions, but they still don't appear in Quicken.
Any idea what's going on?
