Problem downloading/importing data from bank

I'm using Quicken 2006 for Mac, ver. 15.0.5-R6. I have my bank set up for downloading transaction history. The data doesn't go directly into Quicken, but when I click on the download button in Quicken, it takes me to my bank's web site, and I can display account history, and then am given the option by my bank to either "Download to Quicken" (which downloads a QFX file), or "Download to QIF"), which is self-explanatory. This all used to work fine. I'd download the QFX file, then click import from the Quicken Download Transactions window, and everything would be there, as it should be. For several months, this hasn't been working, and I don't understand why. The QFX file downloads fine, but when I try to import, I get a message saying: You are downloading transactions from the following account (it then gives the correct name for my bank, account type, and my account #). Quicken does not have an associated account to handle these transactions. Select an existing account or enter a new account name, and click OK." The problem is the Use an existing account drop down list is grayed out. I'm not sure if its related, but when I go to edit that same account after selecting it in the account list, the routing number and account number that I put in are displayed, but they're also grayed out and I can't change them. Is it possible its a permissions issue? I did move the location of the Quicken data file so that both user accounts on this Mac would have access to the data. Thanks for any help or advice.
