Just recently when I download transactions from my financial Inst (Raymond James) and accept transactions, the flag on the account on the list does not go away. True for all their accounts. When I use onestep the flags on the other accounts do go away. Is this an institution problem or an R4 problem?

Forgot to say that the transactions seem to have been processed correctly.
What message appears when you left-click on the flag?
Says " You have 1 transaction to review", but there are none there in the window for transactions. It is already processed. The action just doesn't finish properly.
Is there a linked "Checking Account" associated with the flagged account (open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + N and select "Checking Account")?
Yes, and that account has a flag, too, because the transaction(s) were to take funds from the cash account (and that did happen). I even tried to go back to an earlier file and then execute the update. Same result. Updated next day, but there were no transactions, and it is still there. So far, only problem is the annoying flag. Remember that this is only on transactions from RJames. All works Ok on my bank and credit cards. Thanks for helping.
If you haven't already, you may want to review:

FWIW, the problem SEEMED to be that the part of the transactions that were to go to the cash accounts were not being processed. For now I will consider the matter closed. Thanks to all!!!
I am also having he red flag problem. I have done all suggestions from #>

My problem is in Fidelity account that has a cash account. Nothing seems to work, this just started within the last week
Have you also attempted the work around described in:

?
I just fixed my same problem! Change your downloaded transactions to automatically be accepted and enter into the register. The flags will disappear. Then change back to "Review before entry" setting, in preferences.
Good luck.

I too did the TEMPORARY fix and the flags were removed. However, the next time there was activity on the account, the flags came back... There must be a program bug!!
Anyone find a long term solution to this problem?
