[FYI] - FirstUSA/Chase CC account login changes

Yesterday I was unable to do a Onestep update download of transactions for my FirstUSA/Chase CC. The download returned an error, something about the account Id not being recognized/not found. I don't remember the error code now. I then tried to login to my account through my browser and this failed. After repeated tries I then phoned FirstUSA online support and

*finally* got to talk to a real live person, oh how I dislike the automated phone systems that serve us better.

The problem was with my UserID, in the past FirstUSA treated a space as a character, but Chase does not. My account was reset to appear as it never had online access. I then had to create a new UserID that did not contain a space. This process failed a few times and with another phone call I learned that the UserID's I was trying to use were already in use, most likely through Chase. Finally getting one to take I now had to go into Quicken and deactivate/reactivate downloads for the CC account, entering the new Id and all of the necessary info. Once all of this was done I now had Onestep update access again.

Hopefully this will help someone that has run into this and is looking for a solution.
