I have just gotten a Fidelity Investments Am Ex credit card. Whereas all my other credit cards are "direct connect", the Fidelity card is "express web connect".
I have not been able to download transactions from the Fidelity account whereas I have no problem with any of the others.
Any suggest what I must do?
