how to move TTax Premiere w/EXTRA State

This year - I bought TTAX 2014 Premiere to get the forms I needed. It came with a State filing - which I never used with my previous BASIC version, but that's another story.... Anyway - I was going to try it - for our Illinois filing - but also needed an EXTRA state for our son's California 1st time filing out of state - SO - purchased the California State software, downloaded, used, filed - done -

Now - I want to move everything over from my XP laptop to my Win7 laptop. I can used the CD to re-install the TTAX 2014 - and do the required updates, but how do I get that EXTRA State "downloaded" software so it can be accessed on my other laptop - for both Illinois AND California ??

well - that didn't help at all -

I purchased the CD at the retail store, and downloaded the extra California State forms from within the TTax software.. SO - I have nothing listed anywhere on the TTax website, the Intuit website, etc - in My Orders or My Downloads.

It seems every little step into the Intuit/Quicken/Turbotax world is a new gauntlet of ID's, questions, and menus... all for not...

So, as directed, I entered all the info and received a support number to call... Called and talked to Jessica -

We found my Intuit/Turbotax/Quicken ID, which of course had none of the required files. She located my purchase transactions for the extra state, along with my filed state.

She then "pushed" the files onto my ID account so they would be avail, just as if I had purchased them through the ID account. I Signed In - located the files - and downloaded. All is good -
