I cannot wait till they move Quicken online.

The current QOL version is dreadful and Mint.Com, which Intuit recently purchased, is pretty basic. I love my desktop version of Quicken but I use multiple computers and have to carry my Quicken file on a memory stick.

Moving to the cloud is the right way to go.

If the relatively slow access time to your data, and possible site hackers/data pilferers don't bother you :)

And the loss of your data when their system is 'down' or goes away. Again, to me, that's the BIGGEST problem with removing data from local control. The fact that the data is elsewhere is secondary concern (think about it, it already is!).

My financial life compiled anywhere but my computer under my control? NOT GONNA HAPPEN even if I have to go to off-line entries. Mel
