If you just download the new IE7 Beta 3, you must change a default configuration if you want to use Quicken 2006 to download transactions from Charles Schwab. You have to go tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and scroll to the end and check the box "Use SSL 2.0" I had this problem and just got off the phone with Schwab Tech support (good guys BTW).
