"Instructions from financial institution" on OSU?

On my OSU over the past few days, I've received in the status box from my credit union, the OCEAN CREDIT UNION, the following:

"Instructions from financial institution

OCEAN CREDIT UNION

OCEAN CREDIT UNION accounts can't update right now. We are investigating the issue"

But they do seem to be updating, and all the accounts in my account list pertaining to this credit union has the recent time date and stamp that the OSU was made during the morning.

Anyone have an idea what this might relate to? I did close a mortgage account with them earlier in the week, but took that out of those accounts that are eligible for OSU update - in fact, closed the account.

Before I go to the credit union (whom I assume won't have a clue what I am talking about), I thought I'd check here first for any ideas.

I found via a Google search a similar recent issue. The 'fix' was to rename the file C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Qdata.000\runtime.dat to something like ...."oldruntime.dat', and run Q. It will rebuild that file and things should be fine. After checking, one deletes the old file. I'll update this NG post if this works.

Indeed, this fix worked. No longer get the error message after OSU, and the a new runtime.dat was indeed creatred in the INET folder (C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\QUICKENFILENAME\runtime.dat) with today's date. I deleted the old 'oldruntime.dat' and all seems well. Case closed!
