OSU

As I do every morning, this morning I did a one-step update in QW 2019 Deluxe.

Three of my accounts got check marks next to them. But on one of those three, the list of downloaded transactions was empty.

So I did another OSU. This time, the list got populated.

Have others here experienced this? Anyone know what's wrong or if there is some way to prevent this from happening again?

Yes, I?ve had this problem for about six months now. Every time I perform an OSU, my accounts return to being un-selected and I have select them. I?ve wasted a few hours trying to solve it (disconnecting and then reauthorizing, validating, using backup files, etc.) but I?ve given up.

I don't believe your problem has anything to do with the original poster's {Ken Blake's] problem. Please read his problem description again.

Then ... start a new discussion here, if you feel the need (though I suggest you first Search the online Quicken Community, since your problem has been posted there several times).
