Lost Turbo Tax installation

A few days ago I bought the on-line download for Quicken Premier 2012 and installed it. Things all seemed to go well and all the data from my earlier version of Quicken was shifted into the new 2012. I did notice while doing the download/install there was some activity concerning my 2010 version of Turbo Tax.

Now I can not start Turbo Tax 2010, nor can I find any of the files that were prepared last year at tax time. Any suggestions?

I think the Quicken Premier 2012 download package that I paid for included a Turbo Tax 2011 update but something must have gone wrong. I'm guessing this Turbo Tax installation process made it as far as clearing out the old 2010 version but somehow failed to download and install the new 2011 version.

Am I in deep trouble, here? Have I lost all my last year's tax prep records?

My computer is running Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1.

Thanks, Gordon
