Matching downloaded transactions

(Let me appologize to Mike B, but I haven't found out how to Search news subjects yet.)

Reminder: I'm using QD2005 in Win2000. Frequently I find that a downloaded transaction does not "match" the already entered version in the register. If I try to match it manually, the register transaction does not appear in the list of yet-to-be-matched choices in the dialogue box. Why isn't it there? I can see nothing special in the enties that appear there vs. the ones that don't. Anyone else seen this????

One of the reasons may be that you copied a previously matched transaction. Each transaction has a little download flag that indicates whether it has been matched. Matched transactions are not candidates for matching. Highlight the transaction, press and hold Ctrl and then Right-click on the transaction and then select Copy. A little dialog box will pop up showing you whether the transaction has been downloaded.
