My own registration nightmare

I installed Q 2007 for Windows and all went ok until I tried to register the product.

First hundred efforts spent after numerous messages saying I probably had trouble with my security software. Spent hours trying to tweak / disable virus stuff and tending firewalls all to no avail.

I finally went to quicken.com and saw a message in their "hot topics" panel saying their download server was broken, but no time/date stamp so the message could have been a year old. They said to try again in a couple of hours. That was yesterday.

This morning I find the q.com site totally useless as it crashes my MSIE job everywhere. Maybe they'll get all the parts working soon.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.....
