Running Win XP 2nd edition, Turbo tax deluxe installed, obtained updates and ran fine. On second use of turbo tax, the program appears to start, but then nothing happens, i.e. the program tries to launch, but doesn't.
I've tried a SAFE MODE remove and reinstall to no avail.
I've killed JAVA (jusked.exe) to no avail.
Anyone got any clues. The tech support girl I talked with was knowledgeable, but gave up after 20 minutes with the SAFE mode suggestion.
