navigation question Quicken 2015

Since recently upgrading, I can't do what I used to do:generate a register report, fix errors in registers that are revealed by the report, and get ba ck to the report which now reflects my corrections. I have to regenerate t he report all over again for each correction. What am i missing? The iss ue is in returning to the screen with the (updated) report on it. I can't f ind it.

Still need advice. It must be something simple but I'm just not finding it.

I don't use Q2015 but I have it installed. I know of no problem such as you describe, but I'm not sure I know exactly what you are expecting.

You can use a number of Quicken reports to list transactions, then double-click on a transaction in the report to go to the displayed transaction in its register, modify that transaction, then return to the report.

The only Quicken report I know that is named "Register Report" is accessed from the small gear-wheel icon at the top right in the account register. In the resulting drop down is a selection for "More reports": the first choice in "More reports" is "Register Report".

When I double-click a transaction in the Register Report I am taken to the account register and the transaction I double-clicked is highlighted.

If I want to return to the report after modifying the transaction in its register, I click on the report icon in the Quicken taskbar (bottom row in Quicken window) and the report is displayed again.
