Grrrrr. Now I get an "LW5 Access is denied" error when doing an online backup. And the Quicken support site has not information about this error.
Oh well, at least it worked for a few days.
And my annual renewal is coming up soon.
Hello. I have heard of this error. What I would recommend you to do is reinstall the backup software and this should go away. Also, use Internet Explorer for restoring the backup if you need to. Please let me know by email at snipped-for-privacy@gmail.com if this works for you. Thanks.
