Portfolio management: Deluxe vs. Premier?

The product descriptions try to suggest that you need Quicken 2008 Premier to "monitor" investments.

However, the feature comparison only shows analysis and tax prep tools as being different from the Deluxe version. My brief poking around the Quicken Web site didn't show me a complete, unambiguous list of features.

I currently just use Quicken to download stock and fund quotes, account holdings and transactions and to keep track of prices and relative performance over time.

Will the current and (near) future "Deluxe" versions still do that, or do I have to go to "Premier"?

I'm still using Quicken 2005 Deluxe and intend to keep using it 'til they turn off the ability to download quotes.
