Using Quicken 2004 Basic
Once again I am unable to download from Banknorth. I was able to download using the One Step connection early last week. Now that they have switched to TD Banknorth, which Quicken acknowledges the change, I can no longer connect. The last time this happened I called the bank and the inexperienced tech had me start a new file and start over again. That was a lot of work but doable. I really don't want to have to be doing this every couple of weeks for the rest of my life.
Anyone else using Banknorth and running into this same problem? I don't know if this is a problem with Quicken or with Banknorth. It seems like every couple of weeks I run into problems and can not download any transactions again. No error message. It just does not connect.
Any thoughts?
