Purchasing Quicken Premier 2006

Sep 12, 2005 9 Replies

In the past I have always purchased new versions at Costco since they had about the best prices. I checked costco.com and they had the version available ($65). However, when I go to my local store, I don't see it there.

Has anyone elese had the same experience? Do you know any other places that have better prices?

Not here in Gaithersburg MD either. In fact, it appears that Costco has dropped almost all computer related stuff, especially software.

Currently officedepot has best prices with a 20 $ Office depot gift card from Quicken and another 20 $ MIR from quicken . Office deport sells it at 80 $. after MIRs your price would come to 40 $. Gift card offer is available until 09/17 amd Mfr. MIR is upto 11/30. You have to buy it via OD either instore or online. Add 5$ for shipping if buy online.

sorry ... the gift card rebate offer is valid untill 9/17 only in Alaska and hawaii ... for rest it was valid only till 09/10 :(

I just noticed that at staples.com, their price is $79 with a $20 rebate. Is there an additional $20 rebate directly from Intuit for upgrading?

I got the Staples deal, which is a$20 gift card ( I got two $10s), and a $20 rebate from Intuit. I didn't have to send anything in, as Staples now does the "Easy" online rebate. Don't know if the gift card offer has expired or not. I paid $79.90 for QP2006, so net price was ~$40 + tax.

Amazon.Com is currrently selling it for $69 with free shipping, $20 rebate from Intuit.

Margaret

The staples.com site didn't mention anything about a gift card.

BJ's? Who/what are they? That's a great deal, but I've never heard of BJ's....

Margaret

They are a warehouse store like Sam's or Costco.
