Starting this morning, anything I try to print from Quicken 2004r5 causes the whole program to just shut down without any ado. I can print fine from Quickbooks, Word, Wordpad, Autosketch etc. etc. - and yesterday I was printing checks with no problem.
I have tried re-doing the printer setup options; tried printing a test page from the align window; tried finding answers in the Quicken online "help" site; and even tried removing and re-installing the printer driver. The printer is an HP dj 1220.
I have used Quicken and Quickbooks for 9 years or more, and this is the first time I can recall having a printing problem!
Can anybody help me with this?
