"Windows XT?"
I'm not sure there is such an animal.
PS - Check your system clock... You appear to be posting in the future!
Will Quicken 2000 run under Window XT? Thanks.
Thanks, Notan. Do you know which Quicken will work with it? Can I transfer my Q2000 backup files? Thanks, again.
While I'm not upgrading from Q2008 until I absolutely have to, I'd probably go with Q2010, as it has the longest life before sunsetting.
It showed up on my end at 9:46 PM PDT.
Sorry. That should have read XP. Duh!
My system clock is OK. It's NewsReader.com that has trouble keeping time. I'm sending this at 9:27 PM PDT.
I'm going to have to run two OS on the new hard drive.
Here, too. At 75 years old, I'll take every extra minute I can get! I'm sending this at 10:34 PM PDT by my system clock.
I think it would be easier for you to have one OS and upgrade to 2010. It's not worth the dual boot option for 1 program, especially one that is no longer supported. No bank downloads work or other Intuit supplied options.
Hi, Nick.
I agree with Notan and Laura: Upgrade to Q2010.
As to your time issue:
You old-timer! I won't be 75 until July. ;^}
Your header shows: Date: 01 Apr 2010 05:53:33 GMT
That translates to 11:53:33 on 3/31/10 here in CDT (GMT -0600) or 9:53:33 in PDT (GMT -0800). My computer says your messages was sent at "4/1/2010 12:53 AM" (CDT).
Might you have forgotten to adjust your computer clock for Daylight Saving Time? If your BIOS pre-dates the law change from few years ago, your computer may still be expecting to make the adjustment on the LAST Sunday in March. How old is your computer, and how recently have you "flashed" the BIOS?
