Can Qkn 2009 or 2010 import/read/open/convert Qkn 2005 or Qkn 2006 files?

Well, the subject IS my question.

I currently use 2009 Deluxe and want to convert to 2010 Deluxe. My wife has some old 2005 and 2006 files she hasn't used for a while. I want to uninstall Qkn 2005 and 2006 as well as 2009 before installing 2010.

What kind of problems should I expect?

(Running Vista Ultimate 32-bit on desktop and XP Pro on wife's laptop)

I'm pretty sure 2010 Quicken can convert '05 & '06 files directly. Just give it a try.

I converted from '99 to 2010 without any data problem.

Tried it. Successfully converted 2005 and 2006 files to 2009 (except for one

2005 file for which my w... er, the file's owner... forgot the password, as she had not used the data in ages. Too bad.
