I don't really use the business aspect of Q2006 H&B and am wondering if I can upgrade to Q2009 Deluxe? I am only considering upgrading since they are sunsetting the download capability.
Are there any pitfalls to changing from H&B to Deluxe?
Does anyone know of any issues going from H&B to Deluxe?

Have been using H&B for several years (currently 2008 version) but retired now and no longer doing very much consulting.
