Q2006 -- Portable use OK?

Been running Quicken for many years, Q2003 currently. I like that I can have the program installed on my backup computer and also on my laptop for the rare time when I make an extended trip. I just have to transfer the data files via thumbdrive and can use it on the other computer.

Does Q2006 allow this or did they implement some form of licensing scheme that prevents this? I remember the TurboTax fiasco of a couple of years ago when they seemed to back off of going that route.

Thanks! ME

It's still possible. I have 3 computers on a home network with data on one of the machines. All three installations access the same data.
