Quicken 2005 deluxe backup issue

Recently upgraded to Quicken 2005 deluxe When I go to File/Backup ,Windows Installer loads attempting to configure installation,Next window says "Quicken has detected and open application.please close the application and try again".This does not prevent me from backing up file but is annoying.I have been A quicken user for many years and have never experienced this Thanks for any help

Followup to my situation,,,FYI I went to intuit website.and followed these instructionns:logged out of user account in xp/logged back in/uninstalled quicken,then reinstalled. Windows installer issure resolved,
