Quicken 8 Deluxe Help Issue

I cannot find anything in help. When I select Help, I get the Welcome Screen but when I select anything under contents or Search on the left pane all I get on the right pane is an IE error that states: This program cannot display the webpage and indicates that the most likely causes are that I am not connected to the internet, the website is encountering problems or an error in typing the address. Is anyone else having this problem? I can accomplish searches but when the results appear and I select the result I want then I get the same error again. Any ideas?
