A note . . . this further to days of problems with the software, CIBC and Quicken 'chat'.
Couldn't download or import line of credit account info into Quicken. To add to that, couldn't activate the account for an import. CIBC indicated no changes or problems. Quicken couldn't help.
Found through endless searches a Dec. 21 notice that CIBC PLC account download data is now as a credit card vs previous account, so it can't be used with the existing account i.e. need to create a new account to continue with the account. That done, and things back to normal.
Perhaps a matter of timeline and notice from either CIBC or Quicken, but some advance comm's would have been good.
