I had to re-install Quicken today (new harddrive).
I went to register. After I entered in my personal info on the first page, it displayed an error that said they were unable to complete registration, they are working on the problem, please try again later.
Ok, it's later....I go to register, but it's no longer there, so I can't register now.
I am running Q2005 on Windows XP sp2.

Is Quicken prompting you to register the product when you try and do a download or other activity? If not then I suspect that the program "thinks" you registered. I wouldn't worry about it until you get prompted to register.
