Quicken 2013 Registration

I recently had to reinstall Windows 10. After installing Quicken H&B



2013, I keep getting notices that I have to register the product, but the web page (or whatever) is no longer there.

How do I stop the nags about registering? Many thanks.

IIR, the magic to disable registration for Quicken 2014 and earlier was to press the Ctrl and Shift keys and select "Tools"->"One Step Update..."
