Quicken won't print some invoice descriptions

I believe this is for invoices which have been copied, or for descriptions which have been cut and pasted. The description shows up on the screen, but the printed invoice shows a blank or "n/a" description. If I deleted the description and retype it in by hand, it will print.

I tested with Q2014 and Q2017.

I can not reproduce your problem, as I understand it.

I used Copy transaction/Paste transaction to copy/paste a new invoice into a Customer Invoice account. When I "printed" the copied/pasted invoice, the invoice item description was printed. [I printed to a PDF file - but I do not think that matters.]
