Random error on starting Quicken

Hi, I am using Quicken H&B 2005. I upgraded about 4 months ago, and have been seeing an apparently random problem when launching Quicken. I get an error messge, something about "This computer does not seem to be the one you originally installed Quicken on. Do you want to buy additional licences?". It won't start if you choose "No"! I only have Quicken on one computer - my laptop. If I reboot, the problem goes away, and Quicken starts as normal. I wonder if it a hibernation thing? I contacted "Advantage" (I am in Australia) and they sent me a program to clean up my "licence" file. I had to unistall/reinstall as well - but that didn't solve it. Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it permanently? I have used Quicken for more than 10 years (on laptops), but this is new to me (and irritating!). Thanks, BK
