To move transactions up and down in Register view, first set view to:
View - Sort by Date / order Entered
Assume there were 4 transactions on 3/31/2007, originally entered in this order:
D C B A
Cut B, paste B, cut C, paste C, cut D, paste D, and you end up with:
A B C D
