Regions Scheduled updates

I am using Quicken Premier 2014. I used scheduled updates to download transactions every morning. Almost every morning the Regions download fails, and I have to enter the password again. Then it works, and says SUCCESS, you will not have to enter the password again. Anyone else having this problem, or know what to do?

It may have been occurring since I "upgraded" to Quicken 2014.

I tried deactivating both Regions accounts. One would reactivate, the other would not. Neither will download transactions. I cannot even download the transactions from the website.

This is probably a basic question, but what are the Regions accounts? I don't recall encountering them in Quicken Deluxe 2014!

I assumed that Edward was referring to Regions Bank, based in Birmingham, AL, large regional bank in the southeast. db
